Imphal, Aug 28 (PTI) Major social organisation Apunba Lup (AL), spearheading the current agitation against the alleged killing of a youth by Manipur police commandos in a fake encounter, today said it would intensify the ongoing agitation till its demands were met.
The AL would continue with its sit-in protests across the state even if strict restrictions were imposed on them by the authorities and launch different forms of civil disobedience movement to press their demands, an AL statement said.
The AL would boycott all social functions attended by Chief Minister Ibobi Singh, his relatives, and Congress MLAs supporting him, the statement said.
