Imphal, June 20 (PTI) Two Bangladeshi nationals who were arrested from Manipur's border district of Chandel for travelling without valid documents, official sources said today.Assam Rifles personnel of 29th Battalion nabbed Md Hussain and Md Ismail of Cox Bazar in Dhaka yesterday from Tengnoupal area.The two were handed over to Tengnoupal police station, about 100 km southeast of Imphal, sources said.Investigations are on whether they have been smugglers or businessmen, officials said.Chandel district borders Myanmar where narcotic drugs and precious forest products are smuggled into Manipur for various Indian cities and abroad.
